We had a fantastic experience with Chef Carlos. We would definitely use his services again. Food & presentation were wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend his services!

Outstanding experience! Food and presentation were wonderful, thoughtfully prepared with great service.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Carlos. Everything he prepared we delicious, he was accommodating to food allergies in our party, and the extra items he included for the kids in our group were well received. The table was set beautifully when he invited us to the table, he described each dish in detail, and he attentive without being overbearing as we dined. After dessert the table and kitchen were cleaned, the dishes were all done, and leftover food was left in the refrigerator. I would not hesitate to dine with Chef Carlos and I absolutely recommend his services.

The experience was fantastic. Aldo and Karen were excellent chefs, providing great service. I have a couple of items of feedback: 1 - please inquire about which wines to open when serving with dinner. We had a few bottles that were opened that we were intending to save. 2 - we did not receive daily grocery receipts to confirm the total grocery component of the total charges. Otherwise, i wonderful experience.

We had a ball and enjoyed dinner!
