I am a bilingual Private Chef and mixologist. I travel for culinary inspiration and educate myself on pairing wines with food. Deeply influenced by my world travels, I specialize in world fusion cuisine. I prefer, but not limited to my dishes inspired by the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. I currently reside in Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands and enjoy cooking with local ingredients. I welcome guests who marvel in a lovely culinary experience with a variety of dishes. Catering to meat lovers, vegetarians/vegans and other food preferences (or dietary restrictions), I creatively customize my menu to fit your needs.
