Spirit filled artist with the mind of a quantum physicist.

I am a professional chef with 10 years experience in a wide variety of cuisine. I do not have formal culinary degrees. I'm simply extreamly passionate about coooking. It literaly turned my life around. On top of my extream passion im also an artist by nature and i have what people say is ocd in the kitchen. But i just say im a perfectionist because for me, especialy when dealing with food i think everything needs to be perfect. These aspects of my self tend to give me good credit in the kitcken as i am known for being extreamly fast, organized, clean and for high quality work ethics and food. i also think that im literaly blessed because of my beliefs, and everything i cook literaly tastes amazing. I seem to season and flavour things perfectly every time. im also gifted with plating food beautifuly because of the fact that im an artist. this is not just my opinion but these are compliments that i get regularly. One of the biggest satisfations of cooking for me is the look on my guests faces when they al take their first bites. That look keeps me going and not to mention the compliments that typicaly follow.
