My passion lies in creating innovative menus that optimize guest satisfaction, seamlessly blending Jamaican cuisine with international flavors.
I possess a proven ability to design successful menus for special events, positioning me to make a meaningful impact in both restaurant and private home settings. My educational background includes an Associate Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage Management.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside esteemed international chefs and executives, including the Culinary Ambassador of Turks & Caicos. This experience has enriched my skills in training and onboarding new staff, driving exceptional dining experiences while consistently exceeding guest and management expectations, and ensuring adherence to dietary restrictions.
In my role, I manage comprehensive kitchen responsibilities, including catering and special event management, event setup, ordering and supply management, as well as food preparation and presentation. I have developed a reputation as a collaborative team player and leader, adept at fostering strong relationships with kitchen staff and upper management alike.
With outstanding communication, organizational, and team leadership abilities, I am dedicated to the culinary arts. Additionally, my interests extend to graphic design, public relations, and food styling, further enhancing my contributions to the culinary world.
