Chef Chris was amazing. He was professional, punctual and organized. But this review is really for how fantastic the food was. His breakfast was very good but lunch and dinner were out of this world. His jerk chicken, ribs, and cucumber salad were the best we had all week. And he made a plantain crisp with diced chicken and pineapple chutney that blew our minds. Five stars all the way around! Plus he was friendly and engaging with my teenage kids.
