Originally from Chile, our founder Chef Cristian has worked across the globe in leading kitchens in Europe, South America and Asia. He studied at the Culinary Institute of America and went on to work with famous, Michelin star chefs in Europe, including Spain’s Joan Roca and Ferran Adria at the El Bulli Restaurant. Later this year, he has been invited to attend the acclaimed James Beard Foundation in New York City.
