I am an internationally recognized Executive Chef and Hospitality Expert with over 25 years of experience across luxury hotels, private clubs, cruise lines, and global culinary consulting.

My culinary journey has taken me through some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world, including experience at El Celler de Can Roca, as well as working in internationally acclaimed restaurants such as Bulli Restaurant, Eleven Madison Park and others. These experiences have shaped my philosophy of combining technique, creativity, and deep respect for ingredients.

I have been featured by Forbes, nominated for the James Beard Foundation Awards, and selected among the Top 50 Chefs in Latin America. I have also appeared on Food Network, including participation in the show Beat Bobby Flay, further showcasing my culinary vision on an international stage.

My career has allowed me to travel extensively across the Caribbean, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and beyond, developing a multicultural culinary identity that blends global flavors with refined techniques. I specialize in creating personalized, high-end dining experiences tailored to each client.
