Originario de Chile, nuestro chef fundador Cristian ha trabajado en todo el mundo en cocinas líderes en Europa, América del Sur y Asia. Estudió en el Culinary Institute of America y luego trabajó con famosos chefs con estrellas Michelin en Europa, incluidos los españoles Joan Roca y Ferran Adria en el restaurante El Bulli. A finales de este año, ha sido nominado al aclamado premio de la Fundación James Beard en la ciudad de Nueva York, también forma parte del personal de los chefs de Foodnetwork y uno de los que VENCIÓ A BOOBY FLAY

Originally from Chile, our founder Chef Cristian has worked across the globe in leading kitchens in Europe, South America and Asia. He studied at the Culinary Institute of America and went on to work with famous Michelin star chefs in Europe, including Spain’s Joan Roca and Ferran Adria at the El Bulli Restaurant. Later this year, he has been nominees to the acclaimed James Beard Foundation award in New York City, also part of the staff of the Foodnetwork chefs and one of the ones who BEATED BOOBY FLAY
