I am a easy going passionate chef, always looking new ways, ingredients and products in which I can surprise my guests. I have a little over 12 years of experience, I have been the executive chef of 2 of the best restaurants in Quito and have also been in a couple of Michelin restaurants Maaemo and The Jane as a stage. I love my country and for sure will bring the very best from it to my clients.
