My name is Deja Burrows, I am from The Bahamas and have lived in the U. S. And Asia . I have a B.S. Degree from The Culinary Institute of America, N.Y. I specialize in global cuisines such as Latin American, South East Asian, Italian and Middle Eastern food. I have worked in restaurants, private cheffing gigs and in research and development. I currently have a food truck and cater large and small events as well as weekly for boat excursion guest.
