Loved Chef Carter!! He was on time and cooked plenty of food for our large group. He explained each dish and allowed us a dining experience we won’t forget. Would absolutely use him again!!!

As a Concierge, I have several vendors and Chef Services that rate as stunning, stellar and spectacular. Very Rarely, do I ever get told how amazing they are. When one of my clients makes it a point during their vacation to tell me how amazing their chef was, makes me want to use them every time my Clients are in the area. Kudos to you Chef Derrick. You truly made my clients vacation!

Chef Derrick provided us with a fabulous island centric seafood menu for our dinner! We had 4 amazing courses and absolutely loved our dishes. Some favorites were the fresh conch 3 ways including a fantastic soup and ceviche, as well as lobster tail and a delicious rum cake and we got to eat the left overs for a few days. Would highly recommend Derrick! His meal was one of the best we had on the island.

Chef Derrick was absolutely amazing to work with! I am so glad I found him last minute for my clients>
