Passionated about cooking, I look for perfection in every dish
I am a professional chef with 20+ years of experience in the culinary world. I studied at the culinary school and hospitality in Athens. Working since then in some of the best restaurants in Athens, Mykonos and Santorini. After 12 years, I decided to move to London where I had the chance to worked on Michelin started restaurants like The Greenhouse (2 Michelin Stars), Hide (1 Michelin Star), Nobu London and my personal favourite one Chotto Matte (Peruvian-Japanese) in which I spend 4 years.
