I am a professional chef from Turks And Caicos island with over 12 years of experience. My love and passion for cooking started at a very young age and has been unstoppable ever since. I further my training experience at a 5 star resort in one of the most popular luxurious Caribbean destination (Turks and Caicos). I also had the opportunity to run a local restaurant exploring different cultural dishes and cuisine and also further this experience in another branch in London.

Chef Don wow what a treat. Prior to my birthday dinner we spoke for a couple days about the menu and he was very patient and did not seem bothered by the million of questions and the changing of plans. It was my first time having a private chef and he made it a wonderful experience. He was able to come an hour earlier than originally planned, which helped a lot. Now let’s get into the food, the food went amazing. I look forward to every course. It was hot. It was fresh. It was made with love and he explained what it was and we didn’t feel rush. He just let us know when the next course was ready. My friends who were not too keen on having a private chef said it was worth it, and they would definitely do it again with chef Don.

Chef Don is wonderful! Very responsive and food was great!

If I can give Chef Don more than 5 stars, I will. Every dish was incredible. His presentation was superb. Don't get me started on the jerk chicken, the french toast, the fish dishes. You can tell he loves being a chef and he has a passion for cooking. I highly recommend!

Chef Don was amazing. The food was very flavorful and seasoned very well. He was very attentive to what we wanted. Can’t be more thankful. The menu he presented was good and the food was even better.

Chef Don Saintilmond was amazing. From the presentation, to the professionalism, to the food, we had an overall amazing experience. He made our dining experience in Turks and Caicos and amazing one!

Chef Don was absolutely perfect all the way around. He was timely and efficient. Each meal he made was more than incredible. He adjusted the menus to my specific needs and everything turned out perfect. My group absolutely loved him and if we ever come back to turks, we would book him again and again!

Chef don food was outstanding ! I would only suggest to be more engaging with your customers. But you were definitely focused on your food which was fantastic and we are not mad about that!

Chef Don's service was immaculate. We were a group of 7 women that are foodies that love to eat good food. Every single one of my friends and sisters said that EVERY SINGLE dish was delicious. The food was very palatable , flavorful, and appetizing. The presentation of the food was beautiful, the professionalism and attentiveness of Chef Don was unmatched. Chef Don Saintilmond was truly incredible and the meal he prepared was divine! Chef Don went above and beyond to make the night special. He took time to explain each dish before dinner and he continued to check on us throughout the dinner. He engaged with the party and thanked us for having him before departing. Excellent experience with Chef Don. Great communication ahead of time. Food was great, as well as presentation. We would definitely use again!

Chef Don and his assistant Jon were an incredible team! All food was amazing. He sent out draft ideas for meals and then responded to our feedback on desires perfectly. He was able to accommodate some last minute changes that came up during our trip which was much appreciated! He left the place even cleaner than what he found it. We would not hesitate to work with him again!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Chef Don was awesome!!! We had a party of 12 women and NOT one complaint about the food that Chef Don prepared for us. He was very accommodating for the food restrictions and allergies that we requested. If you’re in TCI this is the chef you need to book!

We were five friends and all incredibly impressed with Chef Don and John. They were very accommodating for our many dietary restrictions and the food was delicious. We even had leftovers for lunch! Chef Don does not disappoint. We all highly recommend him!

Chef Don was incredibly professional, punctual, and most importantly, a wonderful chef - the food was absolutely amazing, and he and his team took care of everything (setting up, cooking, and cleaning). This allowed us to not have to worry about a thing and maximize our overall experience. I would highly recommend Chef Don to anyone in the area.
