I'm a professional Chef with over 15 years experience in various styles of cuisine and an extensive portfolio of food and travel writing and consulting. Originally from Canada, I now live and work in he Cayman Islands which I've called home since 2010. My private chef company Prime Group caters to small, intimate groups of 20 or less curating custom dining expereinces.
