I’m a certified Nigerian Chef based in Benin City, specialising in continental and intercontinental cuisine, with Nigerian cuisine at the heart of what I do.

I strongly believe good food is therapy and perhaps the most delicious kind there is. That belief is at the heart of the brand I’m building: creating food that feels comforting, memorable, and worth coming back to.

I draw inspiration from nostalgic books, comforting movies, and the little things that make us feel at home. When I cook Nigerian food, I want it to look and feel Nigerian. I believe our food already has an identity worth preserving, so I’m intentional about honouring it rather than stripping it away in the name of fusion.

My approach to flavour is simple: build deeply from natural ingredients and let them speak for themselves. I believe in balance, not over-seasoning, and in creating dishes where every ingredient has a purpose.

Through intimate dining experiences and event catering, I bring this philosophy to the table. My goal is simple: to have my clients pause at the presentation, savour every bite, finish every last crumb, and still want more.
