I am a professional Chef with over 10 years experience. I have started my career in London in a high end Italian restaurant in Mayfair where I have cooked for 2.5 years. After that I have become an agency chef working in various sector, hotel, events, corporate catering. Some of the names I have worked for Tate Modern, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Bloomberg, BAFTA, Google, Royal Automobile Club, Cancer Research UK, Four Season Mayfair, Shell, Warner Music etc. Having moved to Malta this year I have started working as private chef.
