Executive Chef, with 30 years’ experience. Been highly customer driven I thrive on challenging assignments with an excellent record of exceeding expectations I've cooked for celebrates like Carmelo Anthony, Andre Smith, Mike Jordan, Vandam , Emmanuel Lewis, Magic Johnson, Pamella Brown and many more.. Received extensive training in under the guide of celebrity chefs. I believe in organization and creativity, always ability to work both independently and with a team. Strong leadership skills. Punctual, attentive and dependable. Superior communicator.
