I attended the Heart Trust N.T.A were i study the culinary art, worked at various levels in major hotels. such as the Ritz Carlton Rose Hall, Sandals Montego Bay and the Holiday Inn Sun Spree Resort. Presently Tryall Golf Club in Hanover.
