I am a professionally trained private chef, educated at TTHTI, with international hospitality experience gained through internships at Sandals Resorts and REC Grenada. My culinary career has taken me through Italian cuisine restaurants and into the opening team of a leading international hotel chain in Trinidad, where I focused on breakfast service and curated buffet experiences for external guests and corporate clients.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving ambassadors, ministers, senators, dignitaries, CEOs, and other high-profile clients. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide exceptional service with the professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion required in private and diplomatic settings.
