Dedicated, hardworking and passionate about my job

I am a professional chef with over 16 years experience. Grand Cayman Chef of the year 2011. I have worked with celebrities such as Terrence Howard, Alecia Keys, Alec Baldwin's , Fantasia and also Richard Branson. I Was the seafood and steak house speciality at Moon Palace 2017 -2018. Cooking for me is love. I started my journey in the food industry as a waitress because at the time i was unable to get a job as a cook. i never Gave up i landed my very first part time job at jamaica Inn , Ocho Rios as a Pantry Prep Cook. I then moved to Negril where i was hired as a Pantry prep chef at Couples Swept away in 2006. in 2007 I ventured out and went on the seasonal work program to The Fairmont Hotel in dallas , Texas that was a great experience for me.

In 2008 I was employed as a Kitchen assistant at the Mise En Place Catering ltd in the Cayman Island. becaue of my professionalism , work ethics , hard work and dedication i was promoted to sous Chef in 2010 until 2016. I moved back to In 2016 where I became the Chef the Cuisine at the Trident hotel in Port Antonio.

Cooking is my life , my love. my journey as a chef began at age 5 , its just natural raw talent . My mom was my mentor she was the best chef i knew.
