Born in mother’s kitchen.

I developed my passion for cooking over decades.

I developed my skills with private trainings, in Belgian restaurants & brasseries, moving rapidly to cooking as chef for families and private guests.

Last 3 years were fully dedicated to cooking in the more luxurious villas from Sxm, sharing experiences with very demanding guests.

I love modernizing traditional meals and mixing cultures.

Italian & French cooking are my roots, Asian & Indian cooking can be another source of inspiration.
