I'm a chef with no pretention,havze a great respect to the products that I use for engineering my menus, well oriented toward a creative mediterranean cuisine with a focus on fresh herbs and flavors.

I come from a french cuisine background but have had the chance to travel and work around the world and lean much about international and ethic cuisines and ingrédients;

I'm eclectic creative and love to play with innovation as I always look forward to surprise my guests.
