Incredible 5-star experience!

Chef Garcia was amazing! He was on time every day to start his prep and served meals exactly on time. The abundance of options was exceptional and creative. The lobster Benedict was the best I’ve ever had in my life. I will definitely utilize the chef again in my travels.

Chef Hermes is wonderful. We were a family group of 18 people; grandparents, children and grandchildren. Chef Hermes accommodated everyone. Special meals for the youngest grandchildren and meals that worked around some individual food issues. Chef was always on time and made a terrific presentation for each dinner. Complete clean up after all for courses. Definitely recommend!

Chef Hermes was amazing! We only had him for breakfast, but the menu was carefully curated each day and accommodated everyone in our group’s dietary restrictions. He was extremely professional and the food was delicious. 100% will book him again on my next trip to Turks and Caicos!

Chef Hermes was awesome! He was so responsive to my questions and accommodating to the menu changes I asked for. He arrived right on time. From the table set up, the presentation of each dish and the clean up were absolutely perfect. The food tasted so good and left us all completely full. I would definitely recommend chef Hermes!

Chef Hermes, It was our 35th anniversary that we were celebrating in Turks and Caciso. Chef Hermes was fantastic. I cannot give him enough praise on his professionalism and prompt and neatness. Chef Hermes was absolutely amazing! He made my husband’s birthday celebration extra special. His personality, food, everything was incredible! He even brought champagne, candles and a birthday cake topper. I highly recommend him and know you will not be disappointed. For reference I asked for a specific 3 course meal; conch fritters, lobster, rum raisin cake. We were blown away by the presentation and most importantly, taste!

Chef Hermes was amazing. Arrived right on time and prepared an amazing dinner experience for us. Ceviche appetizer was as delicious as it was beautifully presented. Lobster and steak as main course was excellent. Crème brûlée for dessert was superb. Overall an excellent evening!

Chef Hermes made my 40th Birthday Celebration truly Amazing. He was punctual and super professional. When it came to creating the Menu, he offered great variety and stayed within my Food shopping budget. His Conch Fritters were the best I ever tasted. We also had a Taco Bar for lunch and his Shredded Chicken was outstanding. I totally recommend him, and if you like Octopus request it, because it was absolutely delicious. Thank you Chef.
