I was the executive chef at JW Marriott Caracas in a lapse of 4 years. Now I want to show all my abilities and knowledge in the kitchen, for all the visitors of the island. It is the only way to make a better experience every time, a different experience always and make your stay in the island, all the best possible
I learned to cook at CVCG institute in Caracas, Venezuela. My grandmother influence in creole style and French cuisine make my roots
My secret in the kitchen is trying to find the real origin of the recipe I am making and adjusting mine with a little turn, small secrets and great explosion of flavors.
