Chef Hermès was incredible. He arrived on time, even after getting a flat tire on his way to us. We booked him for a Sunday brunch by the pool. He arranged the table with roses and even brought a cake for my birthday. He left us with plenty of food for later. He was done cleaning up before we even finished our meal. I would recommend him to anyone!
