If your coming to TCI in need of a private chef, go with Chef Hermes. Would book him again, he was exactly what you want on vacation. He takes care of everything.

Hermes was a dream to work with. He was extremely responsive and did an excellent job accommodating our groups various food allergies, dietary restrictions and suggestions. He was extremely personable and just a joy to work with. Herme's is an excellent chef in all types of cuisine! I couldn't recommend Hermes more!

Chef Hermes was top notch all the way around. He was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any messages. He was on time, came prepared, and went above and beyond to make our dinners special. The food looked and tasted incredible, and I dug in so quickly that I forgot to take any pictures. Top notes for his garlic shrimp, macarons, surf and turf, and ceviche. If you go to Turks and Caicos and AREN'T hiring Chef Hermes, what are you even doing????

Chef Hermes was amazing! He was friendly and talked to us about a lot of his culinary experiences, but the star of the show was his delicious meal! We had the best time celebrating our 10 year anniversary with his services!

Chef was absolutely wonderful! 5 stars all around. His ceviche was so good that we could have only had that and i would have been happy. Each course was just better and better. This was the perfect addition to our girls trip and when i come back to Turks, I will be reaching out again. 10/10!

We had the pleasure of having Chef Hermes cook for our family during our 15-day stay in Turks and Caicos, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. He prepared two meals a day for our family of five, and every single dish was a hit. Each meal was thoughtfully planned, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. From fresh seafood to comforting classics, he consistently exceeded our expectations—we were never disappointed. Not only was the food outstanding, but Chef Hermes was also incredibly polite, professional, and respectful of our space, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend his services if you're looking for a talented and reliable chef while in Turks and Caicos. We’re already missing the food!

Chef Hermes made dinner for our group of 11 every night of our week-long vacation. He communicated well with us, was flexible about the schedule and menus and most importantly, he made amazing meals. Highly recommend.

Chef Hermes is a must for any event. I am not kidding when I say he is the nicest and most personable chef we have ever hired. We had him for four meals total including our welcome meal in Turks & Caicos. Right off the bat he was part of the family and made us feel comfortable on top of making sure our bellies were filled with the best food. We had him for breakfast the first morning where he made yogurt parfaits that everyone devoured. The menu's he gave to select from were amazing and he even lets you customize them further if you prefer other things. We had small kids with us so we had to make some adjustments. Not only was he fantastic at his job but so affordable for that area. Going out to eat in Turks and getting groceries is expensive. Having him for four meals only cost us about half of what it would have been if we had ventured out for those meals. Will be hiring Chef Hermes for all my Turks and Caicos travelers.

Five Stars for Chef Hermes! If you're looking for a memorable meal and experience while vacationing, Chef Hermes is your guy. During our week on the island, we visited many highly recommended restaurants with hard-to-get reservations and high prices. Without a doubt, the top meal of our trip was the one Chef Hermes prepared for us. We were celebrating my parents' 70th birthdays and wanted to surprise them with something special. I collaborated with Chef Hermes to create a menu that suited everyone's tastes, and he truly pulled out all the stops. His responses were nearly immediate as we coordinated, and every detail was perfect. Chef Hermes arrived early at our Airbnb to set up the decorations I had purchased, laid out a beautiful table with menus at each seat, and was extremely accommodating with our family's shifting dynamics. Originally, we intended to eat inside, but the weather was so nice that he adapted the meal to be served family-style outdoors. The platters were gorgeously plated with items he found at the property. We enjoyed a variety of appetizers outside at a leisurely pace before moving inside for the delicious main course. His mahi-mahi was, quite honestly, the best fish I've ever had. Chef Hermes was professional, reliable, and maintained an immaculate kitchen throughout his cooking. When he left, the kitchen was spotless. We highly recommend Chef Hermes and will absolutely book him again when we visit Turks & Caicos.

Chef Hermes was thoughtful in considering diet restrictions and made a birthday guest cake that was delicious and beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about Chef Hermes and his incredible food.

What an absolutely gem of a Chef. Chef Garcia surpassed all of our expectations because we had so many individual dietary restrictions but somehow he was able to accommodate everyone with such delicious food. He was so flexible especially catering to little kids and their pickier food choices. We were a group of 10 and we all were so impressed with Chef and would absolutely highly recommend him for any group . Thanks Chef for making our family vacation so stress free!

Chef Hermes Garcia was fantastic! We had fish we brought back from a fishing trip that day- he worked the menu around that. He was kind and worked within the limitations of our air bnb. The food was exquisite, 4 course meal. We wish there were leftovers it was so tasty! We would do this again in a heart beat!! Highly recommend!!!

Chef Garcia was amazing! He was on time every day to start his prep and served meals exactly on time. The abundance of options was exceptional and creative. The lobster Benedict was the best I’ve ever had in my life. I will definitely utilize the chef again in my travels.
