I am a professional chef with four years of experience.I took a course in Diploma in Tourism Management at Texas Institute Of Professional Studies and later on Joined Panorama park for a eight months course in Kitchen Operations.
As a chef with a diverse culinary background, I draw inspiration from a rich tapestry of global flavors, incorporating elements from Indian, Mediterranean, continental, and African cuisines into my dishes. My culinary style is characterized by a fusion of tradition and innovation, allowing me to explore and reinterpret classic recipes while adding my unique twist.
In Indian cuisine, I revel in the bold spices and intricate flavors that define this culinary tradition. I enjoy creating dishes such as aromatic curries, flavorful biryanis, and perfectly spiced tandoori recipes. Experimenting with regional variations and incorporating fresh ingredients enables me to showcase the diverse landscapes of India’s culinary heritage.
From Mediterranean cuisine, I embrace the use of wholesome ingredients, including fresh vegetables, herbs, and olive oil. I take pleasure in crafting vibrant mezze platters, savory tagines, and delicate pastries like spanakopita, all of which reflect the Mediterranean philosophy of seasonal cooking and sharing food with loved ones.
