My name is Igor Stanković and I am Chef from Slovenia.
I have been working in the hospitality industry for 26 years, as a chef, kitchen manager. I worked for several years in a well-known company in Velenje with a good restaurant chain.
As the time and opportunity for an independent journey came, I decided with great passion and my knowledge to offer something of my own to Velenje. With a good team, chef and waiters, I started Bistro Bianca, which is at the very entrance to Velenje.
