10 + years of experience as a chef/pastry chef, working in many different types of establishments ranging from gastro pubs to five starred properties and charter yacht. Private chef and caterer I’m specialized in healthy menus.My services include menu planning, shopping, prep and cooking... I do catered events, with a focus on "Earth-friendly mediterranean cuisine". I also provide green cooking instruction utilizing a seasonal menu.
