I am a professional Chef with 17 years experience. I studied Culinary Arts and International Cuisine while completing my Culinary Apprenticeship. I have aquired many skills along with mastering others. I specialize in Bahamian fusion cuisine incorporating Asian, American, Italian, French and Mexican Cuisine to name a few.
