Professional Caribbean Chef for 10+ years, with a commitment to quality. Born and based in Nassau, Bahamas, but open for travel gigs. Flavorful, native dishes with a gourmet flair are my go-to. I obtained an associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Since, then, I have worked as a Sous Chef at one of the most luxurious resort communities in The Bahamas.
