cooking is my passion and I love my job.Am always eger and flexible to learn new dishes.lastly I take correction positively.
I am a professional cook for 12years experience.I started my career journey in 2011 where I first joined Mombasa Technical Training Institute where I enrolled for Artisan certificate in Food and beverage managed score of pass in Kenya National Exam council and had my Attachment Training Voyager Beach Resort at Nyali. Started on off working as a casual in Voyager beach Resort and other small sites as a cook building my experience.
In 2013 to 2016 I Enrolled back to further studies where I did My Diploma in Hotels and Institution Management at Technical University of Mombasa I gain knowledge in all departments but my passion still was in the kitchen as a cook. My second Training was in Best western Creekside Hotel.
I joined several sites Restaurants, outside caterings, hospital and International school
