Chef Jarno Nittim

My name is Jarno Nittim, and I am a chef from Estonia. I have been working in professional kitchens, developing menus, building restaurant concepts, and cooking for both restaurants and private events. My cooking style is modern European with strong Nordic and Baltic influences, built on classical technique and respect for good ingredients.

I focus on clean flavours, strong sauces, and dishes that feel elegant but still honest. A lot of my work revolves around seasonal products – Baltic seafood, wild forest ingredients, game, and carefully sourced meats. I enjoy combining traditional ideas with modern techniques to create food that feels both familiar and new.

Besides cooking, I also work on restaurant development and menu design. I enjoy building concepts, creating tasting menus, and organising larger culinary events where every detail – from the food to the experience – matters.

In the kitchen I value precision, creativity, and calm execution. My goal is always simple: cook food that tastes exceptional, looks beautiful on the plate, and gives people a memorable experience.
