I am a professional Chef and Restauranteur with over 35 years of experience. I completed my training in France and did several apprenticeships with great chefs. I moved on to open several of my own establishments with the last one on the island of St. Barthelemy where I have resided for the past 20 years (My restaurant is called Bistro Josephine). My specialties are Creole French Cuisine but I also love to work with Asian flavors.

My role model in the kitchen is Auguste Escoffier and y secret in the kitchen is infusing my love and passion for good food into my cooking.
