Chef Jeremie Amar

I worked in several prestigious establishments in France, I feel the need to live in Vietnam, for many  reasons.

I am of Vietnamese origin by my mother and my grandmother.

I have lived in Vietnam for 5 years.

I also worked with Didier Corlou, a famous chef in Vietnam who opened five restaurants in Hanoi and recently in France.

I use French culinary technic to combine with Asian local products, to bring u an incredible experience.

I speak English and I have superior elementary Vietnamese language.
