I am passionate, confident creative pastry chef who can skillfully plan menus, prepare outstanding food,manage budget,lead a team of people .
With many years experiences in the industry,I baked from breads to pastries,pies, cakes, dessert, Lebanese sweet ( namoura,sfouf,snud,athaif, ashmeley,callage,kunafe,mamule,halawet jbn, awamat). Apart from pastry I can also make continental dishes. I'm a undergraduate from university of Benin republic where I studied french and spanish. I also make salads, pasta, make pizza.
