I am a professional chef with 11 years experience where i studied in Antigua & Barbuda at Hospitality training institute, where my experience and knowledge continued in Dubai where my HACCP Certification and also P.I.C certification where obtained, I have work along side major chefs in this culinary experience that driving who I am for today.
I’m quiet knowledge in Italian Cuisine, Arabic , Mediterranean, French , Mexican (Latin ) , Caribbean ,European.
