I’m a culinary professional with deep love of creating guest satisfaction through food.

I am a passionate and disciplined culinary professional with a strong foundation in international cuisine and modern kitchen operations. I hold a Higher National Diploma in International Culinary Arts and graduated as the Best Overall Culinary Arts Graduate and Best Culinary Arts Graduate in Leadership, reflecting both my technical ability and leadership potential in the kitchen.

My culinary journey has provided me with diverse experience in professional hospitality environments. I completed intensive kitchen training at Windsor Golf Hotel & Country Club, where I rotated through multiple sections including garde manger, hot kitchen, saucier, bakery, patisserie, and mass production. This exposure strengthened my understanding of kitchen structure, food production systems, and teamwork.

I further expanded my international exposure through my internship at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain, where I worked within a high-performance culinary team that emphasized precision, consistency, and world-class hospitality standards. These experiences helped shape my approach to cooking — combining creativity, discipline, and respect for ingredients.
