Passionate to do the best cook, results at the kitchen, and customer satisfaction.

I am a profesional chef with more than 25 years of experience. have worked in a vessel in the Galapagos islands, where the only food is fish and lobsters. The rest we brought from the Continent.

Also has operated, Hotels, Casinos and restaurants in Ecuador and USA. Has been a judge in the MASTERCHEF ECUADOR contest in 2022-23.

At the moment also, work as a consultant for new restaurants, menus, and operations, opening in Nov. 2025 the cafeteria at Denhills resort in Mexico.
