Get to know me better

I’m a chef with Sicilian roots and a love for the world, turning emotions into flavor and letting great ingredients tell the story.

My culinary journey began in the heart of two worlds: the sun-drenched kitchens of Sicily, where my family’s heritage lies, and the vibrant traditions of Pordenone, where I was born and raised. Growing up, I learned to knead dough alongside my grandmother, watched my mother transform seasonal catches from the Mediterranean into feasts, and absorbed the art of wood-fired pizzas and Sicilian pastries from my aunts. From my father, I inherited a deep respect for the seasonality of the land’s bounty—lessons cultivated yearly in our family garden, where he taught me to nurture vegetables from seed to harvest.
