I’m an agronomist who learned to cook out of necessity, then fell in love with the craft. From the soulful flavors taught by grandmothers to the refined Asian-influenced techniques I gained at Mar y Rosa with Chef José Mendín, every experience shapes my evolving approach to food. I cook to keep learning, growing, and sharing meaningful flavor.
