An all-rounded chef greatly influenced by many cultures where i give it that Caribbean infusion

i am a professional Pastry Chef from Barbados trained at the Barbados Hospitality Institute in Professional cooking. I am also the owner of Moses Bakery & Pastries opened in 2006. In 2008 I was employed at Sandy Lane Barbados 5 diamond resort where i stayed for 7 years leaving as a Chef De Partie. also its where i made it a mission to get trained on the hot and cold kitchens. From there i wanted to grow in the industry and was offered a job in Provodenciales Turks and Caicos Islands in 2015 as a Pastry Sous Chef where i was offered a 1 year contract where i was exposed to the Filipino, Dominican and Haitian cultures of cuisine. from there i move here to Canouan Island where i work as a Senior Pastry Sous Chef in charge of & restaurants 3 in the 5 star Pink Sands Club resort which was just acquired by Mandarin Oriential hotel Group.
