I have two decades of extensive experience in culinary art and luxury hospitality management. I am highly skilled in Pastry, Bakery, Confectionery, Culinary, Menu development, Event management, and Team management. I hold a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I think creatively and like to use top-quality ingredients to bring Modern Cuisine to its finesse with Flavours and presentations. Mostly cook for high profile people and celebrities such as Mariah Carey, Ciera, Madonna, and many more.
