I hold a Master in Culinary Arts from Euroinnova Business School in Spain and a Professional Head Chef Diploma from Top Chef’s Culinary Institute. I have gained valuable international experience working at Four Points Barcelona Diagonal in Spain, where I developed strong skills in hotel kitchen operations, food cost control, Catalan cuisine, and working within brand standards in a multicultural environment.
