I'm a professional chef with 10 years of professional experience half of which was spent working in the Jamaican hotel industry and transitioning into the private chef scene at a ultra luxury villa for almost a year.

For the past 5 years I've been traveling overseas and working for large companies including hardrock international,leatherstocking group and Northwood hospitality gaining more international experiences and exposure. I am proud graduate of st.Monicas college where i did my food preparation courses.

Chef Kerroy was excellent from beginning to end. Consistently going the extra mile and very professional throughout the whole experience. He adjusted the menu a couple times to accommodate our needs and brought all of his own equipment. Would highly recommend.
