I'm a professional chef with 11 years of professional experience half of which was spent working in the Jamaican hotel industry and transitioning into the private chef scene at a ultra luxury villa for over 1 year.

My culinary journey for the past 5 years gave me the opportunity of traveling overseas and working with large companies including hardrock international,leatherstocking group and Northwood hospitality,for which I Gained international Recognition,solid experiences with great eexposure. I am proud graduate of st.Monicas college where i did my food preparation courses.

Chef Kerroy was excellent from beginning to end. Consistently going the extra mile and very professional throughout the whole experience. He adjusted the menu a couple times to accommodate our needs and brought all of his own equipment. Would highly recommend.
