I have been cooking professionally for 10 years and acquired an Associates in Culinary Arts at the Antigua and Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute. I have worked in various institutions including hotels, restaurants and as a private chef. I consider myself to be an experimental chef always trying to discover, enhance and persent food in its best format
