I am a professional chef with 10 years experience, I studied culinary at le cordon Bleu, Miramar FL, for two years I came back to the Bahamas working at hotels and Albany, then private homes across the Bahamas for the most famous and elite families from around the world. I cater to vegans and vegetarias also, I only use the freshest ingredients and never can products. I also work closely with local farmers and fishermen to provide you and your guest with the best produce and seafood.
