I have held various positions in the industry, Executive Sous Chef at Atlantis Bahamas, Chef of MY Ballymena, Executive Chef of Jitters Coffee House, and Pink Pearl Restaurants in Bahamas. I have also traveled to London, South of France and Cape Town, South Africa cooking privately.
I love cooking all types of foods, but especially enjoy delivering unforgettable ‘down home’, healthy comfort food.
I am 48 years old, was born here in The Bahamas and currently live here with my loving husband of 20 years, my two teenage boys, two Potcake’ dogs, and one ‘not cake’ dog.
