I've been cooking since I was 11. Started out as self-taught cook. In my 30s, I started taking workshops and seminars at various institutions. I recently completed a Masters degree in Italian Cuisine at the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy. I'm passionate about Italian cuisine, but I don't limit myself to it. I have a deep respect for high-quality ingredients and I embrace minimalism without sacrificing flavor.

Our recent trip to Rincón, Puerto Rico was unforgettable, and a huge part of what made it so special was the incredible private chef who prepared our meals, Chef Liz. She truly deserves 5 glowing stars — she was an absolute highlight of the entire vacation! She cooked for our group of 8 adults and 3 kids across three delicious dinners, one wonderful breakfast, and one truly extravagant brunch. Every single meal struck the perfect balance: upscale and sophisticated yet completely family-friendly and inclusive, as we requested. The flavors were out of this world — bold, fresh, and bursting with that authentic Puerto Rican spirit, but presented in a way that everyone from the pickiest eater to the food lovers in our crew raved about. What set her apart was the special touch she brought to everything. She made the most incredible fresh fruit beverages to accompany many of the meals — think vibrant, refreshing tropical blends. She handled everything with grace in the comfort of our Airbnb, serving beautiful family-style meals that brought us together around the table each time. She was always punctual, the food arrived hot and perfectly timed, and the presentation was stunning. We found ourselves talking about (and looking forward to) each upcoming meal throughout the trip — they truly became the heartbeat of our days in Rincón. She made our vacation feel luxurious, comfortable, and deeply memorable. If you're in Rincón and want to treat your family (or group) to extraordinary home-cooked meals without leaving your rental, she is the one to book. We are so grateful to have had her — she was the cherry on top of an already amazing trip. Highly, highly recommend!
