Trained by the best cooks: my grandmothers. Rooted in simple but tasty cooking.
I've been cooking since I was 11. Started out as self-taught cook. In my 30s, I started taking workshops and seminars at various institutions. I recently completed a Masters degree in Italian Cuisine at the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy. I'm passionate about Italian cuisine, but I don't limit myself to it. I have a deep respect for high-quality ingredients and I embrace minimalism without sacrificing flavor.
