I am a person who communicates through food

I have been a chef for about eighteen years; born and raised on St. Croix. I had the privilege of attending the le Cordon bleu in London and haven’t stopped cooking since. I am currently the executive chef of the Ha’ Penny Beach Club on St. Croix, and have been for the last ten years. Specifically I deal with clients on a personal level, dietary needs, weddings, parties, etc., but I’m open for new opportunities and would love to meet new people.
