Imagine that, my childhood dream was became a fat pastry chef,
something went wrong, choosing the other door and I became this wonderfull international, fit chef.
From a marvelous region called Abruzzo in middle of Italy, travelling around Europe, Australia till Kenya.
My kitchen is typical Italian and Mediterranean, fresh, colorful dishes, intense flavours, a memories of home 9k miles away.
