Chef Mahmuod Ali

I am an Egyptian Executive Chef with around seven years of experience in the culinary industry. Throughout my career, I have focused on developing my skills in professional kitchens and building a strong foundation in modern and fine dining cuisine.

I am currently based in Ghana, where I work as the Executive Chef at Alora, a well-known restaurant recognized for its quality and dining experience. In my role, I lead the kitchen team, manage daily operations, and work on developing menus that reflect creativity while maintaining high standards.

I also had the opportunity to participate in the S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition in South Africa, where I received the Fine Dining Lovers award
