Hey everyone! I’m Manuel, the executive chef and founder of Marcado a Fuego.
I have born cooking and mastering all the fire techniques. I’m from Argentina, and of course I’m a passionate of bringing food from the fire to the table. In Marcado a Fuego, we love to share our traditions, and mixing it with everything what we learn about the Mediterranean cuisine! Be very welcome to be part of this experience.
