I am a fine dining chef based in Jersey, with a background in high-level kitchens where precision, discipline, and respect for ingredients are at the core of everything I do.

Alongside my work in private dining, I currently serve as Culinary Director for one of Jersey’s growing food brands, where I focus on developing systems, refining menus, and driving consistency at scale.

My cooking is guided by seasonality and simplicity — allowing each ingredient to speak for itself while applying refined technique to elevate every dish.

I specialise in creating intimate, restaurant-quality experiences in the comfort of your home, whether for private dinners, special occasions, or small gatherings. Every menu is thoughtfully designed to deliver balance, elegance, and memorable flavour.
