Chef Roman North

I am a professional chef, who studied at The Boys' Town VTC. I graduated with top honors and is now a Chef de Parties. I have a passion for cooking and it shows in my work as I strive for perfection and to please my clients. Cooking for me is second nature. Growing up I was always fascinated with chefs doing show-cooking. I would then follow their recipes but add my own twist to it and my family loved my meals. I was encouraged by them to attended culinary college so I did and that was the best decision I've ever made. The more I learned about the culinary skills the more i fell in love with the field and now every meal I prepare I do it with love and passion.
